 HOW TO DEAL WITH BAD BOSSES


In this fast moving world some of us will be  gifted with good and successful bosses, who made us feel proud secure and to know our real values. Unfortunately some are bless with horrible bosses. No matter what the superior position may be micromanagers, managers, HR or the real boss who we get the instruction from is an oppositely blessed person then you have to  suffer a lot.




But it’s your soul talent to manage the bosses and handle the situation. Some  bosses show favoritism on a single person  in the workplace ,this is called as workplace bully. 


Some  tips to handle a bad boss 

  1. 1 To know whether he is really bad 


Some people may be bad at only some instance or situation but not all the time ,so judges his actions and make proper decision .We should change the angle we look at his attitude ,change the perspective ,look in some other angle. We will get to know him quite very well. 


  1. 2. Identify his motivation


Not all people are hopeless , Indeed you cant find an utterly useless boss , cause when it comes to a vision and mission they are accurate. Most of the high-ranking officials tend to stick on it. People are different, right ?

Know their organizational style , leadership style. Act according to them. 

Definitely any human being will like the person who has the same attitude and motivation. 


  1. 3. Mood and work 


Definitely mood will affect the work. But put the mood aside. Do your work perfectly. Mood will definitely interfere ,but be strong have a strong mindset don’t get diverted when you are diverted or upset of a single incident then you are the one who is going to lose everything don’t waste your energy thinking of your bad days from your bad boss. 


  1. 4. Create an opportunity in the bad situation 


This is a unique talent. Well all can’t do this. Assess the situation in a smart way , know the requirement . Go for it either you make it or you learn from it. Take chances ,the reality is bosses are not chosen , but we choose how to react to a tough situation . This is a tough task , make sure everything in your side is perfectly alright make a suitable environment. 


  1. 5. Don’t be a firing target 

When you are really pissed off you tend to go out of focus what really happens is your career will be derailed , you will have a black mark in your company as well as your work experience. Some burst-out and says something inappropriate then you will be probably fired from your company



CONCLUSION

Bosses are bosses. the company run according to them. its our talent to make them friendly and move on. Having a private chat or coffee with him or her will definitely change the mood.
After all, all are human's right?

  1. A leader or a supervisor is a critical element of the organization who has to understand the work load and Job stress inside the work place.(Judge et al,2002;Smith and Tonidandel, 2003; Kelloway et al,2005 cited in Abbasi, 2018)
    If the boss cannot understand the mentality of employees, High experienced employees may have low job satisfaction and exit the organization. this can affect adversely to an organization.
