RECRUITING AND RETAINING EMPLOYEE'S
Employees play an important role in an organisation .They are the pillars of the organisation , so in this blog we are going to discuss how to recruit and retain an employee ,who is truly working for a company .In all the leading organisation they only keep the good and filtered the rest . Everything is judged based upon the performance, Therefore the human resource management is the key factor to get better performance of the employee . Nowadays due to globalisation ,it’s necessary for the organisation to scale up the performance of the employee implemented human resource practice . So here are some major factors to recruit and retain employees in an organisation.
1) THE CULTURE OF THE ORGANISATION.
Even before recruiting the employee , they will have a basic knowledge from the peer group regarding the organisation So if the environment of the company is feasible for the employee, the performance will be more indirectly.
2) OFFER THE PERFECT PLATFORM FOR GROWTH.
Retail businesses are less bureaucratic, less complex and easy to identify the employees who work harder . So , they them self make an environment to the performance and promote themselves mentally. This is what all the experts do.
3) HISTORY OF THE EMPLOYEE.
To know to whom we need for the gap, select an appropriate employee who has a history of classy work throughout his or her career. and also can be identified in their Curriculum Vitae , where he had worked before and what was the cause for his resignation from the previous organisation.
4)ALLOW THE EMPLOYEE TO DESIGN THEIR WORK ACCORDING TO THEM.
What the employee need? A good net profit in the end of the month or year. So let them do their job in their own style, if the outcome is equal then let them continue. Pre planning is a shortcut for the achivement. With a persective view of our goal we can design the job.
5)ALLOCATING FLEXIBLE TIMING
Weekly of days, yearly incentives ,festival bonuses should be a part of the organisational experience ,and if the employee has some emergency work and they need a half day or so the management should allocate substitute or replacement for that particular employee . Some people take advantage of the situation and use this frequently but it should be not done as a practice.
6)MAKE AN LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.
Employee or a person can never say "I have learnt everything" knowledge is an ocean ,you’ll never fulfil it. Day by day new things come up in the pharmaceutical industry so ,we should keep an update of everything regarding drugs. Drugs are a thing which needs to be updated for healthy living.
7)APPRECIATION
Do not forget to appreciate the employee for their achievements . Each and every employee will be eagerly waiting for the appreciation from the higher authorities . Appreciation has no cost, but this will be a big thing for the employee. this affects the mental well-being also.
CONCLUSION
The conclusion is easy if you treat me good I will treat you treat you better . That’s the main concept in employee management. Of course there are some exceptional cases but majority are sticking to this. A good and humble employee should be taken care by the company in all his hard times.

An effective way to retain employees is to offer various career development and advancement opportunities. This can come in the form of training or coaching sessions to help individuals advance in their roles.
ReplyDeleteIt is more important to have exit interviews on employees who are leaving the organization if all of those implemented strategies fail and find out reasons for quitting the job, and if the organization can address those issues, it may lower the staff turnover rate.
